Formulating One's Philosophy of Education
as a
Foundation for Professional Practice

Students may select from two options to complete the submissions that comprise this course project. No matter which option a student selects, the each form must be submitted on the date specified on the course syllabus. Revised submissions are to be resubmitted within one week after they are returned.

OPTION #1: A student may elect to complete the required information by using a word processing program and submitting the form as an attachment to an e-mail. The student may then edit and revise the form as necessary, resubmitting edited submissions as email attachments. Students who elect this option should make sure that the word-processed submission follows the exact format as this electronic form.

OPTION #2: A student may elect to complete and submit this electronic form.  Students who elect this option may wish to work on the responses using a word processing program and copy/paste responses directly to the form. The advantage to this second option is that the student will receive an email confirmation of the information submitted which verifies that the work was completed. The confirmation may then be copied to a word processing program and saved as a file (e.g., 8673#1.doc) for editing, if the student intends on resubmitting the form.
