School Leadership

1. To identify and understand the many complexities confronting school leaders.
2. To develop conversancy with the strategies available for school leaders to deal with the complexities confronting them.
3. To become alert to and appreciate the challenges involved in making the transition from the role of teacher to that of school leader.
4. To identify and explicate the elements of one’s school leaderships platform.
5. To formulate one’s provisional statement of school leadership conversant with the requirements of the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (5th edition).
